You will receive a telephone call at your chosen time to enable us to confirm the information you have provided. You will also be able to ask us any questions or discuss any concerns. The telephone call will usually take around 15 minutes.
You will receive your draft documents for review within 10 days of your call with a member of our team. You should check that the documents reflect your wishes and then contact us to arrange a convenient time to sign your documents.
As we have not met you in person prior to this step, we do need to meet with you. We can discuss what option will be most suitable for you to sign your documents when we confirm your information. Following the meeting, you will receive copies of your documents for your records and the principals will be stored by Brodies at no additional cost.
